The wine is created from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet France vineyards, located around the farm in Belvedere di Volpago del Montello. The organization of the vineyard, time of harvest and type of vinification have been researched to obtain a cabernet that has pronounced notes of red fruit in the bouquet and is round and smooth to the palate. The equilibrium of CABERNET of Case Paolin makes it suitable for combination with important first courses and second courses with white or red meat.
It should be served at temperatures of 16-18 °C.
